This policy explains what information ShiftScale ("we," "us") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
ShiftScale is a digital advertising agency based in San Diego, California. We manage paid advertising campaigns for auto appearance businesses.

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on our website, submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, email us, or call us, we collect what you provide. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything else you choose to tell us about your business.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, standard technical information is logged — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring site. This is ordinary web server and analytics data.
Information from advertising platforms. If you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta provides us with the information you submitted through their lead form. Meta's own handling of that data is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not ours.
We do not collect information for any purpose other than operating and improving our business.
We do not sell your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
We do not share your information except with service providers who help us operate — for example, email and hosting providers, or advertising platforms we use on your behalf as a client. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
If you become a client, we may be granted access to your advertising accounts, business pages, analytics, and related marketing data.
That data belongs to you. We access it only to perform the services you've hired us for. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not share it with other clients or third parties. When our engagement ends, our access is removed and we retain no copy beyond what is needed for our own business records.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for basic analytics and to understand how visitors use the site. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking them may affect how parts of the site function.
If you arrived from an advertising platform, that platform may set its own cookies. Those are governed by that platform's policy.
We keep contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

Our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Our site and our ads may link to other websites. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate.
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
